*CONCERN HEALTH EDUCATION PROJECT* 

Ghana has joined the global community in observing World Meningitis Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about the disease and promoting prevention efforts. 

The commemoration aims to ensure that individuals are informed about the risks of meningitis and seek early medical attention if they experience symptoms. 


Addressing the event,

Director-General of Administration at the Ministry of Health, Frank Raji, emphasized the importance of public health education in combating meningitis. He highlighted that providing accurate information about the disease is crucial for preventing outbreaks and ensuring the well-being of Ghanaians. 


Speaking at the event, Frank Raji, Director-General of Administration at the Ministry of Health, Frank Raji, urged Ghanaians to take proactive steps to prevent and combat meningitis


The Chief Executive Officer of Concern Health Education Project, Isaac Ampomaa, urged all mothers to ensure that their children under the age of five receive the necessary vaccinations.
